The following instructions (for registered students only) must be strictly followed to attend the 5th Convocation 2024 of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Medical University, Larkana.
- All gates will be closed by 10:00 am. You are kindly requested to ensure timely entry into the university premises on the convocation day to avoid any inconvenience.
- A photo booth will be installed for the students' photo shoot, and an official photographer will cover the entire event.
- During the convocation proceedings, graduates are required to remain seated in their allocated seats and should only move when their name is called for receiving the award/degree.
- Only a single parent is allowed to accompany each graduate.
- The rent for the convocation gown package is Rs. 700/-
- Registered students have to pay Rs. 3200/-
- Rs. 2500/- (refundable security) will be returned after handing over the gown package at the end of the convocation.
- On Sunday, January 1, 2024, in the Auditorium Hall at Chandka Medical College, and on the convocation day at the Areeja campus, a gown counter will be set up. To avoid any inconvenience, it is encouraged that students pick up their gowns one day before the convocation.
- On Sunday, January 7, 2024, a counter for gathering gifts and souvenirs will be set up at the Vice Principal's office at Chandka Medical College, Larkana. It is recommended that registered students collect their souvenirs and gifts the day before the convocation. The convocation registration fee deposit receipt is mandatory to receive souvenirs and gifts.
- At precisely 8:30 a.m. on Monday, buses for the Areeja campus will be made accessible at Chandka Medical College, near the Auditorium Hall.
- Silence is crucial for success; all attendees are expected to remain silent during the convocation proceedings.
- All participants are requested to maintain a decent and responsible behaviour throughout the proceedings for a successful event.
