Under the esteemed leadership of Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nusrat Shah, the Directorate of ORIC, SMBB Medical University Larkana, in collaboration with the Pakistan Scientific and Technological Information Centre (PASTIC) Karachi, successfully organized a workshop on Reference Management Using Mendeley Software at the Academic Hall, CMC Larkana.

Dr. Mir Hassan Khoso, Director of ORIC & Research, extended his heartfelt gratitude to Hon'ble Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Nusrat Shah for her unwavering support and trust in organizing this interactive training workshop. In his speech, Dr. Khoso also expressed special thanks to the resource person, Dr. Mariyum Ibrar, Additional Director at the Pakistan Scientific and Technological Information Centre, Islamabad, and Ms. Afsheen, Deputy Director of PASTIC Karachi. He also acknowledged the support of Prof. Zamir Ahmed Soomro, Principal of CMC, Dr. Fouzia Chandio, Prof. Altaf Hussain Shaikh, Principal of GMMMC Sukkur, and Dr. Faizan Ali Shah, Vice Principal, Prof Dr. Sirajuddin Soomro and Mr. Waheed U Zaman Deputy Director IT for their invaluable contributions to the successful organization of this event.

The workshop saw active participation from approximately 66 attendees from SMBBMU Larkana and about 50 participants from GMMMC Sukkur, reflecting a strong commitment to enhancing research capabilities and academic excellence.
